How long will it take for a service request to complete?
Each service request is assigned to its appropriate division and has varying priority levels. You may view the status of a service request you have submitted by logging in or creating an account.
How can I check the status of a Building Permit or Planning Application?
You may view the status and additional information pertaining to a Building Permit or Planning Application on the Search Record page. Enter the permit or application number into the "ID Number" field. You may also need to enable the "Closed Records" checkbox to view closed service requests.
How can I apply for a permit or application online?
Building permits and planning applications will be available for online application in the near future. In the meantime, please visit the City website to submit an application via the links below.
